Can I cancel my Platinum Membership at any time?

For Website Purchases

Platinum - Monthly & Annually

If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your Membership will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time.

To cancel your Membership:

  1. Contact Move With Us at info@movewithus.com at least 2 business days before the end of your current billing period.

For In-App Purchases:

If you purchased your Membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through the respective platform:

  1. Follow the prompts via Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Store.

Please note that cancellations of in-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective App Store.
