If you do not have the expertise or resources available to implement MoveData, please book a 30-minute call so we can take you through:

  • How the integration(s) work

  • What a best-practice setup looks like

  • Forum to ask questions and receive answers

  • Account Manager assigned for ongoing communications

MoveData provides onboarding services to get you live with your integrations and ensure they behave in the exact manner you need them to. Our setup process involves:

  1. Connect your integrations into a sandbox environment

  2. Review your source platforms and Salesforce Org (typically for custom fields, custom objects or unique business logic you might require)

  3. Identify any custom functionality you might need your integration to support

  4. Implement those customisations in MoveData

  5. Pass Acceptance Testing and deploy into your Production Salesforce Org

This is typically delivered over a 2-4 week timeframe and for the "typical" customer requires 1-2 days worth of developer effort to support your required customisations. Further information can be supplied on the call.
