Whether you want to move up to a longer distance or downgrade to a short distance or do a different activity at an event, you can change your sub-event.
Note: You must have a Movemint account in order to change your sub-event. Read this article to learn how to create a Movemint account.
Changing Your Sub-Event
To change your sub-event, (if not already added) you need to add your registration to your Movemint Athlete Profile using the confirmation code that was emailed to you after signing up.
At the top of your profile, you should see a text box where you can input your confirmation code.
Once the Event Information Card is on your profile, click the three-dots icon.
If enabled by the organizer, you will see a "Change your sub-event" button.
Select your desired sub-event.
If the value of the new sub-event is equal or less than your current sub-event, the cost to change your sub-event is free.
If the value of the new sub-event is more than your current sub-event, the cost to change your sub-event is the difference between the two sub-events plus Movemint Fee and Sales Tax.
Click the Checkout button.
If the value of the new sub-event is more than current sub-event, you will be directed to Stripe to pay the difference.
