If you decide to cancel your subscription, rest assured that your data will not be deleted. This means you can reactivate your subscription at any time without losing your previous progress or workout history. Your data remains intact, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.
How to Delete Your Data
If you wish to delete your data, follow these steps:
Unsubscribe First: Ensure you have unsubscribed from any active subscriptions.
Request Account Deletion: To request account deletion, go to the "Billing Information" section of your account via the login on our website or the Manage Subscription tab within your Profile in the app. Select "Please delete my account."
Important Considerations
Irretrievable Data: Once you delete your account, all of your history and data can no longer be retrieved. This includes workout progress, exercise history, and any personalized settings you may have configured.
One-Time Purchases: If you have purchased any one-time non-subscription items, such as Tighter Together challenges, these programs and associated data will also be deleted along with your account.
