Follow these simple steps to download and print your resources directly from the app.

Step 1: Open the Moves App and tap on the "Programs" tab located in the bottom toolbar.

Step 2: In the Explore page select "Tighter Together" collection, then select the specific Tighter Together program that you're looking for resources from.

Step 3: Within the Tighter Together program, navigate to the "Resources" tab to find your challenge manual, recipes, and more!

The recipe guide and challenge manual are downloadable and able to be printed—click the "Download" button located on the cover pages of each document to easily download and print.
