Enable WiFi calling

WiFi Calling lets you call over WiFi when cellular signal is weak.

Your WiFi calling feature is automatically activated once your line is successfully set up.

This article will guide you how to manually enable or toggle on WiFi Calling on your phone.

Now that Wi-Fi Calling is activated on your account, the final step is to turn it on from your device. Just follow the instructions below for your phone:

For iPhone

  1. Open Settings: From your Home screen, tap the Settings app icon.

  2. Tap Cellular: Scroll down and select Cellular from the options.

  3. Select Wi-Fi Calling: In the Cellular screen, find and tap on Wi-Fi Calling.

  4. Turn on the toggle: Tap the toggle switch to turn Wi-Fi Calling on.

  5. Confirm: A prompt may appear, asking you to enable Wi-Fi Calling. Tap Enable or Enable Wi-Fi Calling to activate the feature.

For Android (Menus may vary slightly by device manufacturer and Android version)

  1. Open Settings: Find and tap the Settings icon on your device.

  2. Navigate to Wi-Fi Calling: Look for a path like:

    • Settings: > Connections > Wi-Fi Calling.

    • Settings: > Network & Internet > Calls > Wi-Fi Calling.

    • Settings: > Wireless & Networks > Wi-Fi Calling.

    • If you don't see it, use the search bar at the top of your Settings app and search for "Wi-Fi Calling".

  3. Enable the Feature: Tap the Wi-Fi Calling option to find the toggle switch and turn it on.


If your service address has been changed or updated, here's how to update or change your E911 / service address:

  1. Login to your portal

  2. Click the arrow in the light teal box at the upper left of your landing page

  3. Click on My profile and look for Service Address

  4. Click Edit on the right side. Enter the new details then hit Save
