Manage Opportunities

The Opportunities module helps you efficiently manage all client requests in one central place. It allows you to organize, track, and respond to inquiries from both leads and clients, ensuring smooth and professional communication.

Requests generated from different sources or packages, such as waitlist, intro call, download PDF, or manual entry, are all consolidated into this list for easier management.

Access Opportunities

From the Contacts section, navigate to Opportunities in the sidebar. The Opportunities list displays all active requests related to your profile.

Each opportunity card includes:

  • Request date

  • Client name

  • Request status

  • Opportunity type (Waitlist / Intro Call / Download PDF / Manual Entry)

  • Linked package (if applicable)

Tip: Use filters to quickly find opportunities by status, type, or created date.

Understand request statuses

  • New: A client has requested and is awaiting your response. You can either make them an offer to purchase a package or decline to work with them

  • Offered package: You have sent an offer to the client. If they don’t respond, up to two follow-up emails will be automatically sent over the next six days to ensure they notice your offer.

  • No client response

  • Declined by client: A client received your offer but chose to decline it. You can view the reason for their decision.

  • Rejected by Coach: You have declined the client’s request after completing the introductory call or without consulting them. If this was done in error, you can undo this action within 15 minutes, but note that this can only be done once.

  • Purchased: A client has accepted your offer and successfully purchased a package.

  • Request cancelled: A client canceled their request to join the waitlist or schedule an intro call before you respond or send an offer.

  • Disqualified: You closed the request without sending a response email to the client. If this was done in error, you can undo it within 15 minutes, but only once.

Handle Client Requests

View client information

  • Client's phone number: Hover over the phone icon to view the client's phone number. This information is available for intro call requests; for waitlist requests, it will display as "--". Click the phone icon to copy the number.

  • Client's message: Click the message icon to view the client’s message. For intro call requests, the message will be displayed; for waitlist requests, it will show as "--".

1. Offer request

Send a package offer to the client. Follow-up reminders will be sent automatically if they don’t respond.

2. Decline request

Reject the client’s request (with or without a consultation) with leads from the Intro Call opportunity type. Can be undone once within 15 minutes.

3. Close the opportunity

Use this action when you decide not to pursue a client, but don't want to notify them via email. This keeps your records updated while maintaining a neutral relationship for potential future engagement.

Within the client request, select the Close opportunity option. This will update the client's status without sending any email notifications to the client.

4. Declined by client: View decline reason

Select View reason within the client request to see the decline details.

5. Declined by coach: Undo the action

If you accidentally decline or close a client request, don't worry! You can easily reverse this action and reconsider your decision.

Within the client request, click on the 3-dot button and select Undo. The client request will be reversed to the Waiting status.

6. No response: Resend the offer

If there is no response from clients, you may resend the offer. Ensure that the Waitlist option for your package is activated.

Within the client request, select the Resend button to open the confirmation pop-up. Once confirmed, the client request will be reversed to the Offered status. We will send emails and reminders to clients.
