Step-by-step process:
Click Find your match on the Marketplace landing page.
Enter your name and email address to get started.
Answer the survey questions based on your goals and preferences.
Submit, then our AI instantly analyzes your responses.
View your top 5 matched coaches right away.
Within 10 minutes, you'll also receive an email with your matches and a link to explore more coaches.
Tips for completing the survey:
Answer each question honestly - the more accurate your responses, the better your matches.
Make sure all required questions are filled in before submitting.
Once you submit, your results appear on screen immediately.
After submitting the survey
Your top 5 AI-matched coaches are displayed instantly. You can tap any coach card to view their full profile. A summary of your 5 matches will also be sent to your email within 10 minutes.

Follow-up emails from our team
If you haven’t connected with a coach yet, our team will continue to support you with follow-up recommendations.
Day 1 - Your match results (sent within 10 minutes of survey completion)
You’ll receive an email with a summary of your top 5 AI-matched coaches, along with a link to explore more coaches on the marketplace.
Day 2 - Fresh coach recommendations (sent 24 hours after Day 1, if no purchase made)
If you haven’t made a purchase within 24 hours of receiving your Day 1 email, our team will send you 5 fresh coach recommendations - a new set of coaches selected to give you more options to explore.
