Create a package
On your Marketplace Packages page, click Create Package and name your package to begin. You will be able to edit this name later as well.
Fill in key information
Set up the details of your package:
Click on the Edit button to add an image related to your package.
Add a headline to quickly inform your potential clients about your package.
Provide a detailed description of your package to highlight its benefits and features.
Select the assigned coach and the platform that the client will be trained in.
If you finish setting up your package but are not ready to publish the package, just click Save. At that time, your package is labeled with the draft status.
Set up pricing
When you set up the pricing, choose how you would like the package to be charged. Firstly, click on Add Pricing.
Before you proceed to add pricing details to your package, ensure that your account is successfully connected to your Stripe account. This is likely already done if you already have the Payments & Packages add-on for your Coaching platform subscription. If not, this connection is necessary to set up the pricing effectively.
Add pricing details:
One-time Payment: Clients will be charged only once when paying for the package
Set your price per payment
Decide whether to allow a trial period
Recurring Subscription: Clients will be charged for the first payment at purchase and then at repeated intervals until the set number of payments is done.
Specify the price for each payment
Set the frequency of charges
Choose whether the package renews indefinitely or ends after a set number of payments
Choose whether to enable a trial period
Preview your package
When all information is filled out as you want, you can review how the package will look to your clients by clicking on the Preview button. This is the view that your clients will see when you send them the package link.
Publish your package
Once all details are filled in, settings configured, and you’re ready to make the package link live for purchase, click on the Publish Package button.
Your package is now published and viewable in the Marketplace and on your public profile.
After publishing your package
Everfit Marketplace: Your package is available for clients to browse and purchase.
Your Public Profile: Your packages will be listed under “Explore My Services.”
Share your package
When you are ready to share the package link with your potential clients, click the Share button to get a link to copy.
Edit your package
Click Edit to modify your package details.
If you finish editing but are not ready to publish the package, just click Save.
