1. Understand Dispatch Timeframes
After placing your order, we'll securely pack your gear and prepare it for shipment. Once it's ready, you'll receive a DHL tracking number via email, and your package will be dispatched at the next available carrier pickup.

Selling to MPB
1. Understand Drop-off Requirements
Drop off your gear at a local poststation
Always get a printed receipt when you drop off your gear
Use the shipping label provided by MPB- do not use your own courier
This ensures we can verify movement of the package and support you if an investigation is needed later.
2. Track Your Shipment
Drop off your gear at a DHL packstation using the prepaid label we provide.
After drop-off, track your package on the DHL Tracking Tool. You’ll find the tracking number on:
Your drop-off receipt from DHL
The label PDF we emailed you
The ‘Quotes’ section of your MPB account (shown below)
Some locations may not support pickups or might pick up parcels only on certain days. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you have issues scheduling a pickup. |
If Tracking Hasn’t Updated After 5 Business Days
If your package has been scanned into DHL's system but hasn't shown any tracking updates for 5 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with DHL on your behalf and, if necessary, file a claim.
The claim process includes both the DHL investigation and a review by MPB’s Security Team. We may request supporting documentation from you. The full process can take up to 30 days.
