How do I return an order?

Returning an order

All used kit from MPB comes with a free six-month warranty and a 14-day returns period, which begins the day you receive your order. The warranty covers any faults that may occur within normal use and under normal storage conditions and doesn't include accidental damage or misuse. Find out more in our terms and conditions.

Please note that the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you receive them. Our team will check for any signs of use on receiving the item.

To return an order, please get in touch with our customer support team by selecting 'Speak to an advisor' to obtain a return authorisation number or alternatively you can email contactmpb@mpb.com. You will not be able to return any items to us without this information.

Shipping

Products must be returned to us via an insured and trackable reputable delivery service. If you return a product because of an error on our part we will provide a pre-paid shipping label with our courier DHL.

In all other cases you will be responsible for return shipping charges. MPB accepts no liability for any loss or damage to any product occurring whilst in transit with your delivery service.

Custom charges

If you are returning an item from a non EU country, please note that you are responsible for covering the custom duties charges. When returning an item by mail or courier, you will usually be required to complete a customs declaration form. Each country has it's own customs regulations and duty rates. Please familiarise yourself with these regulations for your specific country before returning an item to avoid unexpected fees or delays.

If you are unsure about any aspect of this process, we advise you to seek assistance from your local customs authorities or shipping carriers.

We do not allow drop of or collections to our warehouse for returning items.
