Which couriers does MPB use?

When ordering from MPB, Express deliveries are sent via DHL only.

With our Standard service, DHL will collect the parcel from MPB and then hand it to a separate delivery partner upon arriving in the destination country, this may be a local postal service or courier service.

When selling or trading, you can choose to have your gear collected directly from your address or drop-off at a collection point. Home Collections are done via DHL Express. If you have a home collection booked but decide you would prefer to drop the parcel directly with DHL, you can do so using the shipping label provided for your collection.

If you book a drop-off, it will be via a local DHL delivery partner. In this case, parcels can be dropped to your local post office who will then pass it to DHL for delivery to MPB at our Berlin operation. All deliveries and collections are fully trackable through the DHL tracking tool once they have been logged as received into the courier system.
