When you sell or trade with MPB, you can get a free instant quote at any time by entering any model name and its estimated condition. MPB Re.Value dynamic pricing engine will instantly provide you with a quote.
Option A: Get a free instant quote.
i) Enter the model you’re selling and pick a condition rating.
ii) Use the quote form to search for a model you’d like to buy as trade in, or enter the item’s SKU/reference number.
Option B: Explore the range.
i) Pick a model and choose the item you’d like to buy.
ii) Hit the ‘Trade in for this’ button to add it to a quote form.
iii) Enter the model you’re selling and pick a condition rating.
2. Book your free shipping/drop off
Book your free shipping via our courier DHL and select how many parcels you have. You can choose to take your kit to a drop off point via a local courier/DHL Paket, (please note this could be a post office in some cases), or you can book a free home collection from your address with DHL Express.
Enter your full address and pick a date that works for you. Once you have booked your shipping, we will automatically reserve the items you’re buying in exchange.
Drop off
Box up your kit safely and securely and add the shipping details to the box including your unique reference number for each item that you are sending to us. You will need a printer for this step. Once you have printed your label you can take your item(s) to your nearest postal office (Please check your shipping label to determine which courier to ship with).
DHL have produced a handy Packing Guide which will help you to pack your item(s) safely.
Home Collection
Hand the box over to our couriers for shipment to MPB. They’ll email or text you with the tracking information. Our DHL courier service is trackable once the items have been logged as received by DHL into the courier system.
For both drop off and home collection options, we’ll email you a fully-encrypted link to submit your payment details or pay any outstanding balance.
3. Receive your upgrade
Once each item arrives at one of our Circular Commerce Centres, we will notify you by email. The item is assessed by a product specialist against the MPB Approved inspection process.
If your kit matches the condition rating on your quote, straight away we’ll notify you by email and settle any difference before sending your trade in item(s). If your kit is in better condition than expected, we’ll increase any outstanding amount we owe you, indicated on your quote, and pay you more (or refund any difference you may have already paid).
If your kit is in a lower condition rating than expected, we may need to make an adjustment to your quote. Our team will get in touch to check if you're happy to proceed. If you change your mind, we will return your kit to you free of charge. If you agree the adjustments are accurate, and once any outstanding charges are settled, we’ll send your trade in item(s).
Once you have accepted your quote, we'll email you a fully-encrypted link to submit your payment details or pay any outstanding balance. When all payments are settled, MPB will ship the items you're purchasing, with free delivery. Any outstanding amount will appear in your bank account prior to shipping.
Finally, we’ll ask about your experience selling to MPB. Your feedback is important to us, and it helps us to keep improving our service.
