If you select DHL as a courier when you sell, trade in or return an item to MPB, please bear in mind the following information regarding batteries. In each parcel, you can include:
Up to four batteries, provided they’re individually packed in sealed envelopes. Please do not wrap batteries in pieces of paper.
Up to four cameras with one battery included inside each camera. Please pack each camera into individual boxes within the parcel. You can also include one additional battery per parcel, provided they’re individually packed in sealed envelopes.
When you book your shipping to MPB, we’ll ask you how many parcels you’re using. If you need to send us more than four batteries, please use an additional parcel.
If you’ve already booked shipping and you need additional parcels, please contact us so we can update your shipping order.
