MPB’s price commitment provides the right price upfront. Pricing factors include age, popularity, brand, and condition of gear.

When you get a free instant quote to Sell to MPB or Trade in, you’ll enter the model name and estimated condition rating.

The more accurate your estimated condition rating, the quicker you’ll get paid. If you’re not sure, that’s okay. Learn more about the five condition ratings at MPB here.

Once we receive your gear, our product specialists will conduct a thorough inspection process to make sure your estimated condition rating matches the actual condition of the items. This helps to ensure accurate pricing for both Buyers and Sellers.

If your gear matches the condition rating on your quote: we’ll automatically pay you the amount indicated on your quote.

If your gear is in better condition than expected: we’ll increase the amount indicated on your quote and pay you more.

If your gear is in worse condition than expected: we may need to make an adjustment to your quote. Our team will get in touch to check if you're happy to proceed. If you change your mind, we will return your gear to you—free of charge. If you agree with the MPB-approved adjustments, we’ll pay you.
