First, log in to your account. Under Transactions, in the Buying section, you can see your order status.
If the order status is payment processing, we may still be able to cancel your order. If so, please get in touch as soon as possible.
If the order status is ready to pick or dispatched, it won’t be possible to cancel your order at this stage. You’ll need to return the item after you receive it. To learn more, check our returns policy.
If you aren’t sure about the status of your order, or if you don’t have an MPB account, please get in touch via the 'Connect to an agent’ option on chat and we'll look into this asap.
