When you sell to MPB or trade in, you get free fully insured courier collection or drop-off shipping. When you pack your gear, please follow these instructions:

1. Prepare your gear

Carefully clean the exterior of your gear and individually wrap each item, including chargers and plugs. Please ensure that you attach the lens/body caps to protect the respective lens glass or camera body.

2. Prepare your accessories

Please include all original manufacturer accessories like batteries, charging cables, and lens hoods. Place the first battery inside your gear and wrap any additional batteries separately.

Do not include any additional or third-party accessories, like SD cards or bags, unless these are included in your quote. Check our article on what to include in your box.

3. Box your gear

Place your gear inside a sturdy box with tightly packed protective materials and make sure nothing is loose. This will help keep your gear secure. We recycle all suitable packaging materials and send zero inbound or operational waste to landfill.

4. Seal your gear

Once everything’s secure, tape up your box and add shipping information to the outside using the labels and instructions provided.

5. Get your gear collected

Our couriers will provide you with a time window in which they’ll arrive to collect your gear. Or, you can drop off your gear. Your gear is in good hands with our free fully insured shipping.

Important: If you are shipping items for multiple quotes at the same time, please pack the items for each quote separately in different boxes and use the correct unique labels for each box.
