After we receive and check your gear, we’ll confirm the price. If it’s the same or higher than on your quote, we pay you directly into your bank account. If it’s lower, you’ll get an alert to accept and get paid or schedule free fully insured return shipping.

At MPB, you can trade in and upgrade your gear in one simple, safe and circular process. Start with a free instant quote. Simply enter any model, estimate its condition and choose any used gear to buy in exchange. You get free fully insured courier shipping both ways. All used gear is MPB Approved with a free six-month warranty, for total peace of mind.

Why can’t I find the item I want to sell?

Choose “I can’t find what I am looking for” and enter your gear’s model name. Our Seller Experience team will get back to you within one working day.

Are there any extra charges or fees?

Do I get any extras for Trading?

Trading in at MPB means you get free fully insured courier shipping, both ways. This includes free collection of the gear you’re selling to MPB and free delivery of any used gear you buy. Plus, when you schedule your collection, we’ll automatically reserve the used gear you’re buying in exchange.

What should I include in the box?

Please include all original manufacturer accessories—chargers, batteries, straps, lens caps and more—in order to maximise the price.

How do I arrange the free courier? If you have received your quote but have not booked the courier yet, you can arrange this by following the confirmation link on your quote email and selecing 'Book Free Shipping'. Alternatively you can also access your transaction through 'My Account’ on our platform. If you have already booked a courier with MPB and wish to re-arrange or cancel it, please get in touch with our team via the chat button on our platform.

How will I get paid?
