I can't get my employer to write a letter, how can I show my income?

Updated over 9 months ago

You can send information such as tax forms, a work ledger, bank statements of deposits, or other information that shows income. You can also write out a statement yourself of how often you work, how much you are paid each time you work, and the totals for the month and sign the document. If the SNAP office needs more information or documentation, they will follow up with you. To find out more, you can contact your state or local SNAP office for more information on how to proceed: https://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/state-directory
