I already have SNAP benefits. Can I get more?

We understand that a low monthly benefit amount can be very frustrating. You might be eligible for more in SNAP benefits if you’ve had changes since you applied for or renewed SNAP, such as:

  • The number of people in your household increased

  • Your income went down

  • Your housing, medical, or child care expenses went up

  • You pay child support expenses for a child not in your home
