Congratulations! You made it to the last page of the application and you're ready to sign and submit it! But then you get this message:
"Please update the signature so that it matches. The primary applicant for your household is ____."
No problem! It simply means that the first and last name you entered on page 2 of the application needs to exactly match what you've typed into the signature section.
Simply click on the "back" button on the signature page to the "Review" page, and double check how you entered your first and last name in the review.
To make changes to your name at the beginning of the application, select "Edit" and make any corrections needed. Then click on "Review" and confirm your changes.
There, you can confirm the changes in the "Review" page and sign your name exactly as you has entered it on page 2 of the application and submit your application!
