We're introducing a new Queens bus network. We're expanding the all-day frequent network, adding new overnight service, removing some stops, and adding new connections to major destinations and transfer points.
Changes to the Queens bus network are going into effect in two phases:
Phase 1: Started on June 29, 2025
Phase 2: Started on August 31, 2025

What changed
We've taken a fresh look at the map to bring you faster, more reliable service with better connections. To do this, most bus routes have changed, which includes:
New bus routes and route numbers.
New Rush routes that get you to the subway faster.
Changes to bus stops, including stops being relocated or removed.
Routing changes to reduce turns.
