Setlists bring the entire MultiTracks.com ecosystem together and empower your worship team with the resources they need to lead well on Sunday. Build your setlist and access the tracks in Playback, the charts in ChartBuilder, and RehearsalMix on MultiTracks.com.

Build Your Setlist On MultiTracks.com

Setlists can be built and edited by Organization Admins, Campus Admins and Team Leaders on MultiTracks.com, our iOS tracks app Playback, and the charts app ChartBuilder.

To create a setlist on MultiTracks.com, go to your account, click the Setlists page, and click New Setlist.

Change your setlist name, time and date, description, service type, and add any tags. Once the setlist has been made, begin adding songs.

Create your setlist by clicking "Add Song" to include songs from our catalog, purchased songs in your library, or uploaded Cloud songs. Click Tracks and purchased Ambient Pads can also be added from the website for use in Playback.

When adding a song choose the key, Playback ProPresenter playlist controls, and which tracks products to use in Playback (if any). If you have any tier of Cloud Pro, songs without an owned tracks product will be loaded in Playback as a Click & Guide only song. Rental credits can also be spent to unlock tracks in Playback.

Once you have finished adding songs, drag them to rearrange the order, click the ellipsis on the far right to remove or edit the song, and click "Save to Cloud" to save setlist changes to the Cloud.

When saving to Cloud, you are able to add a note for yourself and your team to reference what changes were made in the latest saved version. Setlist updates are sent to any device and team member currently using the setlist.

Share Setlists with your team

Once songs are added or edited on your setlist, click the ellipsis to save as a new setlist, add team members, edit setlist details, or delete the setlist from your organization.

Select Add/Remove People on the ellipsis menu to manage which team members are able to access this setlist in ChartBuilder, Playback, or MultiTracks.com. While people in your organization with Org or Campus admin roles have access to every setlist in your organization, people with team leader or team member roles can only access setlists in which they have been added.

Once added to a setlist, your team members can open these setlists in Playback, ChartBuilder or RehearsalMix on the web.
