Playback can send Tracks, click/guide, and more to multiple audio outputs out of a connected audio interface with a Pro or Premium subscription.

The Behringer U-Phoria audio interface series provides an affordable way to start running multiple outputs with Playback, with multiple options to fit the needs of your church. However, there are several steps to make sure Playback is properly sending audio out of your interface.

  1. Connect Playback to Your Interface. Check out this article to make sure you have every cable, adapter, and more to properly connect Playback to your Behringer U-Phoria interface.

  2. (UMC404HD Only) Use a Powered USB Hub. In order for your 404HD to successfully connect to Playback, a powered USB hub is required to properly power the audio interface. Follow the steps outlined in the article above to use a USB hub with Playback.

  3. Turn Up the Volume on Your iOS Device. Are you using an iPhone or iPad with your U-Phoria interface? The master volume control on your iOS device directly controls volume out of Playback and into your interface. Once connected, turn up your iOS device volume to max level.
