When you connect your social platforms, you allow Munch Studio to:

Auto post on your behalf - no need to upload anything manually.
Track performance data - understand the best times to post based on your audience’s activity.
Keep you visible - even when you’re not thinking about content.

⚙️ How to Integrate Your Platforms

Connecting your accounts is simple:

Go to the “Integrations” tab on the left side menu.
Click “Connect” under the platform you want to connect to.
Follow the on-screen instructions (each platform may ask for different permissions or logins)

⚠️Important Notice!
To connect to Instagram, your account must be linked to a Facebook Business Page. That’s how the API works - not our rule, theirs.

📝 Heads up: Each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube) has its own integration process and requirements. Make sure to follow the steps carefully!

❓ What If I Don’t Integrate?

No worries - you can still use Munch Studio to:

Build your full content strategy
Explore content ideas
Create and customize posts

But without integration, you’ll need to download and post everything yourself. Munch won’t be able to schedule or publish automatically and we won’t be able to track performance.

🔌 How to Disconnect a Platform

Changed your mind? Disconnecting is easy, Here’s how:

Head to the “Integrations” tab from the left menu.
Find the platform you want to disconnect.
Click the three dots (•••) next to it and select “Disconnect.”
Confirm the disconnection when prompted.

You can always reconnect the platform later if you change your mind!
