You are free to cancel your Munch Studio subscription whenever you choose.
To do this, simply:
Log in to your Munch Studio account.
Go to your Billing or Subscription section.
Click “Unsubscribe”, which will redirect you to Stripe to complete the cancellation.
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not lose access immediately.
Can You Change or Switch Plans?
Yes — you can change your subscription plan at any time through your Munch Studio billing portal.
Just note that:
Any plan change will be processed through Stripe.
Your billing period and charges may adjust depending on the type of change.
Refund Policy for Munch Studio
Munch Studio offers refunds only under specific conditions:
Monthly Plans
You may request a full refund if:
You cancel within 7 days of the charge AND
You have not used Munch Studio during that period.
Annual Plans
You may request a refund if:
You cancel within 14 days of the payment AND
You have not used Munch Studio during that time.
Important: Promotions or discounted subscriptions may not be refundable.
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.
