You are free to change or cancel your Munch Studio subscription whenever you choose.
To do this, simply:
Log in to your Munch Studio account.
Click the 3 dots next to your username on the left side menu
Click 'Account Settings'
Click 'Change plan' or 'Cancel plan' (depending on the action you want to take)
Changing plan
Click 'Change plan'
Click 'upgrade' below the plan you would like to get
A new page will pop-up, you simply need to click 'confirm' so your plan is upgraded
Canceling plan
Click 'Cancel plan'
You will be asked to specify why you are canceling
In this option you can schedule a call with our support team. Here we will be able to clear up any doubts you have on Munch Studio
If you do decide to cancel, simply follow the flow and in the end click 'No thanks, cancel anyway'
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not lose access immediately.
