A Guide to Your Account Management

Accessing the Account Management feature:

  1. Click on the settings tool on the top right corner

  2. Click ‘Account’

Usage Overview:

  • Track Usage: See your used minutes and remaining balance. To upgrade, simply click the ‘Upgrade’ button.

Password Reset:

  • Enhance Security: Change your password for better security by clicking ‘set new password’ and following the prompts.

Plan Details:

  • View Your Plan: Check your current subscription (Pro, Elite, Ultimate), billing cycle, and renewal date. Change your plan anytime with the ‘change plan’ button.

Canceling Subscription:

  • Easy Cancel: If needed, cancel your subscription directly on this page by selecting ‘cancel subscription’.

Billing Information:

  • Manage Payments: Update payment methods and maintain accurate billing records in this section.

Invoices:

  • Access Records: Review charges and download invoices and receipts for your convenience.

Deleting Your Account:

  • Final Option: Should you choose, you can delete your account from this page by clicking the designated button.
