Quick steps on using the search feature:

  1. Select what you are going to search by

  2. Start writing the terms you wish to include

  3. Click the red ‘Search’ button

What does it do?

This feature allows you to search for projects using a range of criteria, making it easier to find projects that contain clips that match your specific requirements. For example, if you need a clip for Instagram, simply choose 'Destination platform' as your filter and type 'Instagram' in the search field. This will show all projects with clips specifically designed for Instagram.

Searching by Project Name:

You can filter your search by Project Name. This will display projects where the search terms match the project's name.

Searching by Terms, Brands & People Mentioned:

When you search by terms, brands, or people mentioned, the system scans through the clips within your projects. It will display a list of projects containing clips that match any of the search criteria. Additionally, when these projects appear, you'll be able to see the number of clips in each project that contain the searched words.

Searching by Destination Platform:

When searching by destination platforms, you'll see projects that contain clips tailored for the platforms you've specified. If you search for two or more platforms simultaneously, the results will show clips tailored for at least one of the platforms, not necessarily clips that are customized for both platforms at the same time.

Searching for several things at the same time:

To search for multiple terms simultaneously, separate each term with a comma in the search bar. This will display projects that contain any one of the specified words. It will not show projects that include all of the words you've listed.

Reset Clip View:

When you conduct a search and select a project, the matching clips are filtered. This means that only the clips that match your search terms will be displayed, indicating a filtered search. To view all clips from that project, simply click the grey 'Reset View' button.

Clearing Searched Results:

To view all your projects and remove any applied filters, just click the 'Clear Search' button, which appears next to the red 'Search' button after you've conducted a search.
