Introduction to the Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub for collecting data from all your social accounts in one place. It aggregates key metrics, so you can easily see the total number of views, comments, shares, and reactions your videos have received across platforms. You can also track how many followers and subscribers you’ve gained.
With all this data in one view, the Dashboard simplifies your workflow, allowing you to focus on overall performance without switching between accounts. It’s designed to give you a clear understanding of your content’s impact, making it easier to make informed decisions and grow your audience.
Accessing My Dashboard
Log in to Munch.
Click on “My Dashboard” to access your main overview page.
If you’ve already connected your social accounts, you’ll see aggregated data from those platforms.
If you haven’t connected any accounts yet, head to the Integration page, select the accounts you want to connect, and provide the necessary permissions.
After connecting your account, it may take up to 24 hours for the data to sync, so please be patient as the system gathers and displays your account’s information.
Connect Your Social Platforms to the Dashboard
To get the most out of My Dashboard, connect your social media accounts. This allows Munch to gather data from each platform and display it in one central location.
Steps to connect your accounts:
Go to the Integration page in Munch.
Select the social accounts to connect and grant Munch permission to access the data.
Once connected, it may take up to 24 hours for the data to appear on My Dashboard.
Metrics and Information About Your Videos
Once your accounts are connected, My Dashboard provides a combined view of video performance across all platforms in one place. Key metrics include:
Followers: Track your audience growth with the total count of followers and subscribers.
Views: See the total number of views across all your connected platforms.
Reactions: View overall reactions, like likes, to gauge how your audience feels about your content.
Comments: Monitor how many comments your videos are generating to understand audience engagement.
Shares: Track how often your content is shared to measure its reach and influence.
Filtering and Sorting
My Dashboard allows you to filter and sort your videos in various ways:
Source: Select the social media platform to view specific content. If a platform is missing, you can connect it through the Integration page.
Duration: View videos based on their length:
Less than 4 minutes
4 to 20 minutes
More than 20 minutes
Tags: Use predefined tags to categorize your content:
Created by Munch: Automatically added to Munch-uploaded videos.
Keep an Eye: For videos needing follow-up.
Cross-Posted: For videos shared across multiple platforms.
Promoted: For boosted or advertised videos.
High Engagement: For videos with high interaction.
Published Date: Filter videos by their publication date, including custom date ranges. You can also quickly select to view videos published on:
Last 7 Days
Last 28 Days
Last 90 Days
Last Year (365 days from today)
Current Month (From the 1st of the current month till today)
Previous Month (From the 1st to the end of the previous month
You can quickly search for specific videos in your content library and organize data by sorting columns in ascending or descending order, with the option to hide or pin columns for convenience.
Munch It
The Munch It feature allows you to automatically generate optimized clips from your video content with just a click.
Click the Wand Icon: Next to a video, click the wand icon to start the New Project creation flow with that video preloaded.
Video Length Notice: Videos must be longer than 2 minutes and shorter than 4 hours to be Munched.

How often does the data on My Dashboard update?
Data on My Dashboard updates daily, collecting fresh information from all your connected accounts. Note that, due to network limitations, videos and their metrics may be delayed by 36-72 hours.
When will I see my uploaded video on the dashboard?
New videos and metrics typically appear within 24 hours, though delays may occur due to processing or network issues.
Why do my social media metrics differ from the Dashboard?
Social platforms may show real-time data, while the Dashboard updates daily, leading to some differences.
What should I do if there’s a connection issue?
Platform access may expire, requiring you to reconnect. Go to the Integration page and reconnect your account. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
Why can’t I see all my videos?
Only public videos are displayed on the Dashboard. Unlisted or private videos will not appear.
How can I connect multiple accounts from the same platform?
Currently, this feature isn’t available, but we’re working on it for future updates.
