I have payment issues. What should I do?

Once you have placed a product in your basket, it will be reserved for you for 5 minutes. This is leaves enough time to process and approve your payment.

However, if for some reason (insufficient funds, missing validation etc.) your payment is not finalised in this timeframe, when you try to place your order again, the product might not be in stock.

This happens because your previous (unsuccessful) reservation is still held by the system. Wait a few minutes for the system to detect that you have failed, log out of the system to refresh, log back in, and you're good to go! 📲

As the amount is only reserved when the order is placed and only deducted later, in the event of a failed payment, the reserved amount will not be deducted and the reservation will be lifted. This may take several business days, so please be patient and if you feel like your payment is still stuck after a longer period of time, please contact us and we will help you. 💸
