The munch is collected in the pick-up time period at the shop where the customer needs to show his order to collect a munch. You can then identify the customer by their order number or name and how many packages they have purchased. Once they have received the munch, they will need to click on the 'I have received my order' button. If this does not happen, the order will still be paid and invoiced to you, as the munch package has already been paid for in advance and is therefore considered to be completed.
