What happens if they don't come to collect the package?

Orders are always for the given day only. If a customer contacts you with a request to pick up a package on a day other than the day they purchased it, please inform the customer to contact Nesnězeno. However, if it is convenient for you to deliver the package the next day, there is no problem in arranging the delivery with the customer individually.

If the customer is unable to pick up the package and cancels their order at least 3 hours before the end of the pickup period, the package will be canceled and returned to stock so that someone else can save it.

In other cases, regardless of whether the customer has confirmed receipt of the package, you will be paid this amount.
