We're sorry you're not receiving notifications but we are here to assist you.
Before proceeding to the following steps, please make sure that your app is up to date and you have the newest version from the App Store/Google play.
First, please check if notifications are enabled in the app settings. You can find this by going to your Profile ➡️ Settings ➡️ Profile settings.
If this setting is correct there might be a problem in the settings of your device. Please, take a look at the following tips on how to make sure that your device is set properly.
Android devices
If you're not receiving notifications on your Android device, there are several ways to resolve the issue:
Check Do Not Disturb: Ensure this setting is turned off as it is a common cause of missing notifications.
Restart your phone: Restarting often resolves issues like app crashes or poor network connections that may affect notifications.
Verify system notification settings: Make sure system notifications haven't been accidentally turned off.
Adjust battery-saving settings: Battery-saving modes or apps may block notifications; disable them if necessary.
Clear app cache and data: Corrupted cache data can cause apps to malfunction; clearing it may help.
Update Munch app and system: Make sure your Munch app and Android system are up to date, as updates often fix notification issues.
Allow background activity: Some apps need to run in the background for notifications to work; ensure this isn't restricted.
Clear Android’s cache partition: Corrupted data on your Android device may affect notifications; clearing the cache partition can help.
Check mobile data settings: Ensure your apps have access to mobile data, especially if nearing a data limit.
If all of the above steps are in order, it's possible that your favorite stores haven't uploaded any new packages recently. This may be the reason why you are not receiving notifications.
If you have seen products from these stores but did not receive a notification, please let us know what kind of device, version of operating system and Munch app you are using . This will help us to investigate the issue further. If possible, please attach screenshots to illustrate the problem.
