When you purchase a Munch Pass, the pass may not appear on your profile.
If you don't see the pass immediately after the purchase, please wait 24 hours and check the app to see if there has been a change. 📲
If the pass still doesn't appear after 24 hours, it is unfortunately possible that yours is stuck and won't show up. This is a possible bug, so in this case please forward us your Operating System and app version number so our IT team can investigate.
But don't worry, you can still use your pass even if you don't see it in the app! 🎫
When you add the munch you want to your cart, a coupon code field will appear in the cart. Enter the code you received via email (your pass code) here and you have just used your pass!
