Yes. Selling agencies can reject the final bid after a sale closes.
How to reject the final bid
Sign in to your Municibid account.
Click My Municibid, then click Successful.
Find the listing under Successful listings.
Click Void and Relist under the item.
Choose We Rejected Bid.
Confirm by clicking Void and relist.
What happens next?
The listing is saved as a draft so you can edit it and put it back up.
Municibid notifies the bidder that the bid was rejected.
The buyer’s fee is refunded, and the buyer’s invoice is withdrawn.
If the problem is a bidder who will not pay or collect, report the bidder instead of voiding the sale.
