How to reinstall the eSIM on the same phone

You can reinstall your eSIM anytime from the eSIM settings in our app.

Short answer

You can reinstall the eSIM from the app settings if the reinstall option is available.

Steps

  1. Open the app.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Tap Get Link to Install eSIM.

  4. Follow the installation instructions.

  5. Confirm installation in phone settings if prompted.

Important

If you see an error, the eSIM may already be installed on the phone. The same eSIM cannot usually be installed twice on the same device.

Check your phone settings:

- iPhone: Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data.

- Android: Settings → Connections / Network & Internet → SIM Manager / SIMs.

If you see an eSIM without a phone number, open its detailed settings. If it shows eSIM Go, this is likely our eSIM.
