Short answer
Turn auto-renew off now to prevent future renewals, then contact support if you want the latest charge reviewed.
Steps
Open the app.
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
Cancel the subscription.
Contact support with your receipt/invoice or charge details.
Important
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. Turning off auto-renew does not automatically refund a past charge.
