After activating your eSIM in the app, make sure you have completed the necessary settings on your phone.
If all the settings are completed, in most cases, your eSIM will automatically activate when it connects to the local network. This can only happen after you’ve arrived at your destination.
Simply turn on your eSIM upon arrival, and it will activate.
Follow this steps:
Go to Settings > Cellular and Turn your eSIM on.
When you are ready to use your data, make sure “Data Roaming” is toggled on and you are selecting the eSIM for “Cellular Data”.
