You may occasionally notice that your eSIM is stuck on 'Activating...'. This usually means the eSIM hasn’t connected to a local network yet and cannot complete activation. It’s normal for this to happen if you haven’t arrived at your destination.
If you’re not at your destination, you can turn off your eSIM and activate it only after arrival.
If you’ve already arrived and your eSIM is still stuck on 'Activating...', try the following steps:
Move to an area with better reception (e.g., go outside).
Toggle Data Roaming OFF and ON.
Switch Airplane Mode ON and OFF.
Turn the eSIM OFF and ON.
Restart your phone.
Important: Do NOT delete your eSIM during troubleshooting, as it will become invalid after deletion.
