What countries' numbers can I get?
We provide numbers from the United States and Canada, including limited numbers from Puerto Rico (primarily for social media registration purposes).
We’re considering adding more countries in the future, so if you have suggestions, feel free to share them with our support team.
Which should I choose:
“Real” number or a “Registration in Social Apps” number?
If you choose a “Real” number, you can call and text US and Canadian phone numbers as usual.
If you select a “Registration in Social Apps” number (Puerto Rico), you cannot call or send messages to US or Canadian numbers. This number is mainly for receiving verification codes from social media or messaging apps, rather than standard calling or texting.
Can I make international calls?
No, international calls outside the US and Canada are not supported.
How many numbers can I have?
You can have only one active number per subscription.
Can I change my number?
Renewing the same subscription always keeps your current number. To switch to a new number, follow these steps:
Turn off auto-renewal and let your current subscription fully expire.
After expiration, wait up to 7 days, during which your existing number remains reserved for your account.
Open the app once the subscription has ended. If the “Change Number” button is available, you can then pick a new number.
Remember: You can only change your assigned number before paying/activating a new subscription period.
