I completed the installation steps, but the eSIM app says my eSIM is not activated.
Usually, the eSIM can only be activated once you have arrived at your destination. If you haven’t arrived yet, it’s normal for the eSIM to remain inactive, even if the setup is complete.
Sometimes, the eSIM status in the eSIM app may take a few minutes to update. If you are already at your destination, your eSIM is turned on, and data roaming is enabled, but the app still shows the eSIM as inactive, refresh the Manage page and try again in a few minutes.
