❗️Important notes

If you purchased your subscription through the app, it is managed by Apple App Store. Only you can make changes to these subscriptions, so we cannot cancel them on your behalf.
After you cancel, you’ll still have access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, your account will be switched to the free version of the app.
Deleting the Fasting app from your device does not cancel your subscription. Make sure to cancel it first in your device Settings.

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
- If you don't see it, tap Media & Purchases → View Account → Subscriptions.
Select the Fasting app subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If you don't see the Cancel Subscription option, your subscription may already be canceled and won't renew.
