How to cancel a subscription? (iOS only)

If you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll switch to the free version of the app.

We offer subscriptions with different durations, so you can choose the plan that best fits your needs. Still, if you would like to cancel, you can do so at any time by following the steps below:

If you paid for the subscription directly through the App Store ->

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

  2. Tap on your name.

  3. Select «‎Subscriptions»‎. If you do not see «‎Subscriptions»‎, please select «‎iTunes & App Store»‎ instead, then tap your Apple ID, select «‎View Apple ID»‎, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap it.

  4. Choose the Fasting App.

  5. Tap «‎Cancel Subscription»‎. If you do not see the option to cancel, it is likely that the subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.

Please drop us a chat with Support, specifying the last 4 digits of the card number and the expiry date of the card, as well as the email address that you used at the moment of purchase. We will manually cancel your subscription as soon as possible.
