MURAL members can now download sticky note, title, and text box data to a CSV file for further analysis after a collaboration session. Included data: ID number, text, background color, sticky type, borderline, X and Y axis coordinates, area name, tag text, and/or hyperlink.

Note:

  • You'll find the tag text column to the far right on the exported file. If a sticky note has multiple tags on it, each tag in the tag text column of the CSV will be separated by a line break (not a comma or semi-colon).

  • Grouped objects can not be downloaded as a CSV.

Here's how:

  1. Select elements in a mural.

  2. Right-click on the selection.

  3. Click on “Download to CSV”.

  4. Find CSV file in the Downloads folder on your computer.

You can open this file using programs such as Google Sheets, Pages, or Excel.
