In the event that your payment fails, you will receive an email from us outlining the reason why. If you're an international customer you may just have to notify your bank that you'll be making an international payment.

You can also call us on 0151 708 5400 and speak to one of our Customer Service team to make the payment over the phone.

Once the issue is fixed, we can get working on creating your dream wallpaper!
