Seeing a no doses returned screen?

If you're seeing the no doses returned screen within the app this is likely because:

  1. No doses for the medication existed within the protocol. (Ex: albuterol cardiac arrest)

  2. There's some patient information set causing the dose to be excluded. (Ex: age ranges or Weight parameters for searched drug)

  3. Your agency does not carry the searched dose.

  4. The searched dose is not in your credential's scope of practice.
