If you want to change your certification level at any agency, just reach out to us through the help button and we'll change your certification right away. There is no need to cancel your subscription and then sign up again.
A few things to note:
You can only have one certification at each of your organizations.
Once you change your certification, everything in Muru will be customized to the higher level of certification. If you are an EMT in paramedic school and choose to change your certification to a paramedic, all of your protocols, dosing, and medical control requirements will be at the paramedic level. Keep this in mind if you are still riding as an EMT at the same agency!
