My release has not landed on my YouTube Channel.

Can I get access to my Topic Channel?

Unlike Spotify and Apple Music, YouTube do not offer profile mapping to us. This means it is no possible to enter your channel or profile into the release metadata. Essentially, we have to wait until your release is published to see where it lands.

The first thing to bear in mind is, we distribute your music to YouTube Music not YouTube. What YouTube music allow is that the exact music on their platform is also streamable on normal YouTube. On YouTube, these releases are usually categorised under a topic channel:

Can I access that profile that they have created?

No, YouTube do not allow users to login or gain access to that profile.

However, if you have a channel on YouTube, these releases can be moved to your channel by upgrading it to an OAC (Official Artist Channel), but only after you have three releases published on that Topic Channel and have reached a certain criteria that is outlined in this article:

Once you have met the criteria, you can fill out the form and apply for an OAC. YouTube will then upgrade your channel to an OAC and your releases should then be moved to your YouTube channel. The process usually takes about 6 weeks.
