Unfortunately, the codes cannot be created or given out in advance of the release being submitted.
If you are creating a physical release and want to use the same ISRC codes, you would have to know well in advance and time the creation of both releases. Meaning, it is best to submit your digital release first far in advance, receiving the ISRC codes. You can then plan your physical release based on the digital date that you have given, and can add the ISRC codes to any further mediums of the release.
