In order to improve the security for GEMA members using MusicHub, we have recently implemented the OKTA login service. As a GEMA member this will allow you to seamlessly access MusicHub with your GEMA credentials. It is important to be aware of the new login process so that you are not confused or feel like something is not working. (For non-GEMA members, everything stays the same)
When you come to the MusicHub login page:
If you are already logged into your GEMA account, clicking on the "Continue with GEMA" button will take you directly into your MusicHub account.
If you are not already logged into your GEMA account, clicking on the "Continue with GEMA" button will redirect you to the GEMA login page. You will then be required to enter your GEMA email address an password, after which you will be directed back into your MusicHub account.
If you are GEMA member and you have not yet registered with MusicHub, clicking on the "Sign Up with GEMACredentials" button will work the same as the two options above - depending on whether or not you are currently signed in to your GEMA account - but instead of being directed to the MusicHub start page you will first go to the registration form.
In all of these scenarios, what is important is that you have logged in to your GEMA account, before logging in to your MusicHub account. This is then a verification to us that this is 100 percent your account.
